car won't turn over at all

Check for voltage with a 12 volt tester at the terminals on the starter. If good, possiblt the starter is shot or the solenoid on the starter is shot.
If you hear no click as you turn the key, the possible causes are: the starter relay defective (not energizing the solenoid)....the solenoid is defective ..... other less likely possibilities, ignition switch defective, ECM not energizing starer relay or wiring failures.
I don't hear anything but I put fluids in my car last night and my check engine light was on before I added fluids blinking off and on I also put transmission fluid in there I did put too much but I drove my truck and it was driving fine even though I put too much fluid in there but this morning I went to start it and it will not start at all all my lights is coming on
Car won’t start replaced battery and starter can it be my timing belt? I smell rubber burning when I try to start the car but also it was sitting for about 2-3 months with a dead battery so wasn’t able to turn it on while sitting can it be seized?
