I know this sound crazy but cant I change my 2003 G35 6mt to auto. and will it be hard.

I would buy an automatic car and save money, time and headaches.

You probably could change it but man are you ever asking for trouble. Mounts, pedals, even the engine computer would need to be reprogrammed. Just buy another car and save yourself the headaches.
