Overheating in traffic or idle situation but cools down as you drive at highway speeds? Or hot at highway speeds too?

fans are not turning on when needed . Most cars will cool themselves when moving down the road . You need the cooling fans when sitting in traffic or idleing , Probaby a fan relay gone south or something of that nature if its a FWD car .
