Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Turned on wipers and drivers side went all the way
over frame touched side mirror goes back but wont
go all the wsy down?

You may have to take the entire arm off of the post and then put it back on as close to normal position as possible and then test the movement. If you need to adjust one way or the other just repeat the process. Most wiper arms will come off with a small click using a small screw driver.
