own mazda RX8,ABS light always on, the power steering is not working properly, what can be done to solve this??

the car was not driven for nearly 3 years.. i just bought it with this problems

You can look at the earth points underneath the battery that are on the rail. Failing that look at the steering joint on the rack. They corrode and go stiff. could be a sensor ring on one of the wheels causing the ABS light to come on.
