07 Silverado starts stalls

My 2007 Silverado 5.3 vortec will start and stall
about 10 seconds  computer codes r saying ecm
and fuel pump don't want to buy both has not been
starting first time I try it for couple need advice

Simple to solve this,check the fuel pressure this will let you know it is the fuel pump,or the ECM.
