Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Ok, i ran uv shot, no leaks. Got a low/high
pressure gauge, 0 low/ 0 high. Got second
uv with freon 134a w leak sealer. Prior too
clutch wouldnt engage, now it has. Doesnt
disengage and cab only blowing hot air
still...lines from cab to about and arms
length towards high pressure line froze
over. Is a clog in the line or a door in the
cab not opening???

Check the actuator motor, it controls heat to cool.
I checked all 3 door actuators earlier this week. No wears, damage inside or out...
No leaks found either...
Low now reads 10/ High reads 135- 140
Remember the hotter the temperature, the higher the pressure should be. If it's 90° outside, the high side should be over 250psi minimum. 100° ...290psi
From what i can tell, without dismantling, sounding like evaporator core and/or expansion valve is blocked or clogged. What do u think. The only other thing not checked is the doors them selve for faults or breakage....
I think you're right. especially since line gets cold. It either has an expansion valve or an accumulator and orifice. I don't know which Dodge has. https://macsworldwide.wordpress.com/2010/07/13/three-important-functions-of-the-receiverdrier-in-your-cars-ac-system/

There is an orifice tube filter in the high side line. Do not know were on that vehicle but there is a disconnect some were in the line that takes a special tool to take line apart. Once line is disconnected you will need a pair of needle nose pliers to remove filter from inside of line.
