2007 dodge ram 1500 4wd problem

My truck is switching from 4wd to neutral and 2wd
and back on its own I replaced the dash switch and
the transfer case motor and it still does it.  What
else could it be?

Mine was a wire harness rubbing on one of the ac lines where it comes out of the module on passenger side above the wheel next to fire wall
