All rear lights stopped working

All of my rear lights stopped working checked the fuses
their good replaced bulbs even though they looked fine.
All the videos I've seen say it's the circuit board, which is
said to be in he tail light assembly but not in my year can't
seem to find it any help would be greatly appreciated

Oh and not sure if related same day my key remote stopped working changed the battery still won't work.
