How would I take cylinder out with the key not turning

Try turning the steering wheel back n forth while turning the key in the ignition

Turning the steering wheel back and forth while turning the key will release the steering wheel lock condition.

HI Any advice for 2015 ram Promaster 3.0L Ecodiesel doesn't turn on when Key into ignition position replaces already the start and nothing happens.
