Whats going on with this 5.7 Hemi?

I was looking at this truck with the intention to buy it but the engine looks a little
funky from all of the others ive seen. No plastic saying 5.7 Hemi or anything
also missing the little box on the far left side of the engine bay. Also noticed the
ABS light stays on with the check engine light. (couldnt check codes) thanks for
your help!

im pretty sure the stock intake manifold cover was replaced with a custom one
