Is that one where the shifter bolts on top of the trany? If so, there are bushings and a fork that wears out.

Yes'r it sure is I'll check them boogers out tomorrow, just remove the console around the boot correct?

Yes, start from the top & work your way down, there should be a plate on top of the trany to unbolt to get at the fork. Now I am no Doge expert, but I do know about problems like this, so I couldn't tell you exactly how to fix, but it should be pretty straight forward. Once you get it apart, start looking for worn parts pertaining to the shifter.
