Is it blowing when you move the ignition switch to "ON" or when you turn it to "START"? If it happens when you turn to START then problem may lie with the starter solenoid arcing. If it happens when turned to ON, problem may lie with the Central Junction Box mounted under the dash. but first make sure you don't have any chafed wiring causing a short.
