Best thing to do here is get a dealership to print one out for you from their factory service manuals. Most will do this at no charge.

F 350 super duty 7.3 had a fire in the power distribution fuse box. Everything is melted. Truck was running fine. The guys drove it another 20 miles to the shop but I could not turn it off. Ha...
