Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 93 mustang fuel pump turns on
half of the time. I recently took it to a
mechanic and he says theres 3
shorts. Ive checked with a multi
meter there are no breaks in the
wires. My inertia switch is fine. Pump
is new and constant control relay
module is new. Is it possible it could
the ignition switch????
