Pick up speed slow and wont go over 35mph

I have a 1993 mustang 2.3 automatic it take 8
plugswhen the car is in drive or reverse it trys to
die. And it wont pick up speed had wont go over
1600 rpm and wont. Go over 35 mph i done
changed torque converter speed sensor throttle
postion sensor and upper and lower intake gasket
wat can it be

Mass air flow sensor possibly could also be e.c.u problem which could lead to possible fuel pressure which could lead to a clogged fuel pump pick up screen or a fuel pump and or fuel filter thATs OLD And clogged from running low and or out of gas
