I would advise anyone not to buy a used car from "Mike" at "UsedCars4Youctny". This guy is a liar and a cheat and sold us a car that he claimed everything worked on and that in ran great. The cars computer failed on the same day we drove it home, and put my wife and I in a very dangerous situation on a major highway. The car needed well over $2,500 dollars of work. Failed ETM computer, failing cracked radiator leaking, failing leaking heater core, no A/C, no Defroster and windows fogged with antifreeze, right front brake caliper frozen, rear tailgate latch not working and more. If your looking for a used car I would definitely bypass this dealer because he is dishonest and did not make it right. John Doe @gmail.com
I highly recommend Economy Auto Mart in Virginia News, VA. I drove over 500 miles to pick up my dream car and everything about this business experience was A+. Responsive, friendly and accommodating. Every car on their lot was in excellent condition. It was a pressure free experience and I would buy from them again without thinking twice. A great family owned business who work hard for your business.
I highly recommend All Star car outlet in east Dundee Il. Allen is the owner i dealt with and very courteous and responsive to my questions and needs. He gave me a very good price and worked with me on times outside business hours to assist my availability.
I saw their ad on CarGurs.com for a 2020 Lexus RX 350 AWD with 47k miles. The ad said it had the Luxury Package, Navigation System and Remote Start, all features that I was looking for. Based on their listing, I negotiated a price of $33,600 delivered to my house in Atlanta. I wasn't worried about buying this way as the ad said the dealer Return Policy was, "If the car delivered isn't as described, request a return within 7 days of arrival." When the car arrived, it looked very nice but that evening as I was going through all the buttons on the car, I realized it did not have any of the features in the Luxury Package, no Navigation System or Remote Start. I complained to the dealership the next day and after sending overnight letters to the Owner, the General Manager and the Sales Manager to record my position within the 7 days, they refuse to take it back as advertised. The dealer claims it is all CarGurus problem. I later checked their Cars.com listing for this car and the dealer erroneously claimed it had the Navigation System and Remote Start. And I later checked the dealerships own website and it listed features not on the car. The car dealerships website says, "At Landers McLarty Subaru, we believe credibility, integrity and transparency is crucial to the car buying process." That certainly was not my experience!
