4x4 wont engage nor tow/haul or backup beep

after driving 14 hours one day, i tried to engage 4x4 on the dash, which did not
work.  my wife noticed the backup beep didn't work once or the tow/haul didn't
seem to engage.  seems all connected but unsure.  could this possibly be as
easy as a fuse?
