What does the Fuse in Position 32 on a 2008 Ford F350 contorl and how would I trace it down to find a reason the fuse blows when I hit a bad bump in the road

Is it the 10A in the interior fuse panel or the 20A in the power distribution block? [10A, interior, Restraints Control Module (RCM) & Passenger Airbag Deactivation Indicator] [20A, power distribution block, Fuel Pump Relay]. I would assume the 20A and that could be an issue with the relay or the fuel pump wiring. If you clarify which fuse, we'll try to help you and give more diagnosing direction.
It is actually a 15 amp fuse in the power distribution block

Are you sure it's in the #32 location? I've attached a photo of your fuse box. (Assuming you have a 2008 Ford F350)
