Steering wheel very hard to turn left

My car is very hard to turn left whenever I
do a three-point turn or when I park it is
nearly impossible to turn. I already replaced
the pump and I don't know how to check the
belt belt is making a squeaking noise. Does
anyone else have this problem and how did
you fix it?

Add some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak to power steering pump reservoir it not only stops leaks but corrects hard steering
