knocking under glove compartment even when car isn't running

I suspect this is a stuck blend door...do you have issues with the climate control system, like the defrost not working...it blowing out of the vents instead of the floor...blowing cold when it should be hot...etc. If it's a repeating, plastic sounding "CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK" for a fixed amount of time whenever you start the car or turn the key on, etc....it's probably a stuck blend door or actuator. Dash has to come out to replace..
