Car door problem

2008 chevy impala ltz. Doors slam hard
when closing. Reminds me of an old vega
that i owned Is there a fix?

Slam hard but they'll close easily? As in no need to slam the door in-order for it to latch?

Well you know, I have a 2010 Impala and it does the same thing, along with the trunk lid. I just attribute it to the quality and workmanship of a Chevy! But people learn to have a heavy hand probably from the junkers they drive. They do close nice tho hey?
