No. The Impala is a 5x115mm bolt pattern with 70.3mm center bore and and the Accord is 5x114.3mm bolt pattern with 64.1mm center bore

I hearing that they will fit. I have a 2014 impala and I wanna sale my wheels to someone who has a 08 Honda Accord. So you saying they want fit
