Please help

I recently replaced the driver's side axel hub
and brakes 3 wks ago and now my car is
acting like it wants to lock up. It also is
making a humming sound when you take
your foot off the gas. Could his be an issue
with the transmission

Humming could still be an axle or hub. Brakes wanting to lock up could be from a worn flex line - did you replace those as well? I'd say you're still in need of more brake and front end work.
