For some reason my name appears in the contact email section, along with my email address. This is where a prospect should go to notify me. I've deleted the entries but they reappear. How do I clean the section?

Check out my ad http://cargur.us/KTTR  In the  section a prospect would use to notify me of his/her interest, my name appears along with my email address as though I were a prospect, not a seller.  How do I correct this?
