Your car has VSC, Vehicle Stability Control same as TRAC. The ECU shuts off the VSC intentionally when the power train is not right, it doesn't want automatic commands from the throttle and brakes sent when something is not right. That's what VSC does, automatic application to wheels of brakes and power to help maintain control of car. But if it's fixed, the warning light should have gone away on it's own. But looks like yours may have to be turned off with a scanner, or check your owners manual to see if there is a way to DIY
