How do I fix a P0350 code on a Pontiac Grand Prix with the 3.8L engine?

I have replaced the plugs, plug wires, cam sensor, and moved the ground for the ICM to the top engine mount. The ignition coils are reading 6.3 on 2 of them and the third is reading 6.5 (200k omhs). Are these bad?

it should have 12 or so, is it distributor or coil on plug
