One each: fuel pump, water pump, engine oil pump, A/C compressor (pump), windshield washer pump, power steering pump. Did I miss any?

Heck no! I think the pump is about $100 and it includes the fuel level sensor as a complete assembly. My mechanic would charge two hours labor ($80x2=$160). Before replacing pump, check the fuse, the relay, and the filter. Also listen for it priming up when you turn the key on. If it's drivable, get another estimate. Or get one over the phone.
