It sounds like one of the maxi fuses under the hood has blown.
Sounds like a wiring issue maybe a burnt wire shorting it all out
if it is not a wiring deal, worse case bad motor or relay switch in door gone bad. Hopefully it's just a fuse
First, stop replacing things until you find the problem. It's not a motor or a relay. That wouldn't take out the entire electrical system. It's going to be one thing somewhere that's doing this. Make sure all grounds are tight and clean (although this too is an unlikely cause for this type of failure.) Trace wiring wherever you can looking for something that is melted, pinched or has come apart. Unfortunately there can be internal wire breaks that are very tough to find. If all else fails find a shop that specializes in auto electrical repairs... in fact that might better be your first stop. They often know exactly where to look first. If there is a single module somewhere in the car that controls all those accessories (body control module maybe??) A properly equipped shop can probably identify it via a scan. The regular OBD scanner you use for engine codes will not work for this.
If the power seat controls r in the door panel I would have the wires checked in the hinge area of the door. . That would b the firse place to look. There may b a broken wire or two. Also i would check the brake light bulbs.
