Where do the hose for the rear window washer fluid run

Vehicle is leaking washer fluid from the roof near back window

I solved the problem. I had to open the gate and remove the center piece trim...the hose was disconnected right behind the 3rd brake line. The only way to reach this area you must remove the trim

How did you remove the trim to get to the tube??? I have the same issue!!!
