Most of the differences are between various exterior features. European countries require different ratings for exterior glass breakage, so the windshield and glass are likely different. The signal lights are different as well, made of diff. plastic and with different color requirements as well as more lights in some cases. I believe the other major difference is engines, sometimes they can get something we can't, like a Turbo Diesel model or a slightly higher horsepower with different emissions due to our emissions laws.

I also suspect price!!! Sticker was 72,000 CHF which is about 55,000 USD. The car came with a 3.6L petrol, automatic gear box, leather seating, GPS and touchscreen controls, DVD player for the rear seats, electric windows, darkened windows, ski rack, all season tires, and the rest of the exec kit. We got a 10K discount so it cost 62K which was nice. Bought Nov 08 and from the factory, not the lot.
