May have a low battery...C1241 TOYOTA - Low Battery Positive Voltage...Possible causes; Low Battery Charge, Faulty Battery, Faulty Charging System, Power source circuit...Possible symptoms, Engine Light ON, (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) ABS Warning Light ON... C1241 TOYOTA Description; If there is a problem with the brake actuator assembly (Skid Control Electronic Control Unit) power supply circuit, the skid control ECU outputs the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) and prohibits under the fail safe function. If the voltage supplied to the terminal is not within the DTC detection threshold due to malfunction in such as the battery and alternator circuit, this DTC is stored.
No abs light is off, engine light is on,the service light flashes five time when you start the car but goes away after, I test the battery and it is fine have can I test if the alternator is good,
did your battery run low recently?
The brake actuator assembly (Skid Control Electronic Control Unit) power supply circuit, which has to do with the ABS Control Module, there just may be a bad wiring connection at a plugin. This relates to the anti lock brake system, and would need a scanner capable of checking this control unit out. Your normal scanners like at the parts stores cannot do this. You'll need a brake shop to be able to take care of this code. You could try unplugging the connections and plugging them back in, then clear the code to see if it comes back.
Is there away I can test each pin to find what one is bad
I wouldn't know how too. Just try unplugging and plugging the connectors. A lot of times on electrical, thats all it takes.
My 08 threw this code when my TPMS (Tire Pressure Sensor) was on.
