My radio keeps turning on and off repeatedly...what do I do?

There must be a short in the radio,or the wire,s going to it,

Have 2014 Ford Fusion. I was told by a dealership that the car needs to be reprogram. A/C comes on and off and the radio comes on when it feels like.

unplug your battery 20 minutes and plug back and try again.

I have a 2010 Ford fusion and my radio turns on and off by itself and the volume goes up as i mash the gas and goes down when i hit my breaks.
