why is sale ad not visible?

My sale ad for a 2008 H3 is paid and confirmed live but not yet visible as of this
morning. How long should it take to see it like the regular access CarGurus
listings? Additionally, the add will not let me edit that it has one accident... that
we checked in the prelist items.
