What can of maintenance and repairs could be in the future for my 2008 TL type S?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My TL type s is now 5 years old. It has 71K miles. The dealer has offered me an 96
month/120K extended service agreement for $2000. I don't know if I should take it. I've
just gone through a process of trying to figure out why the road noise has increased and I
feel like it's simply not driving as smooth as it should. Three people have inspected and
the third was dealership. All could find nothing specifically wrong except all places that
looked at car said the tires are cupping. I had the dealership do an alignment and they
recommended replacing cambers next time when I replace tires. But the car is still
running rough (to me). I don't know what to do....and am thinking maybe the ESA is a
smart thing to do based on all this.

I meant "What kind of maintenance and repairs could be in the future for my 2008 TL type S?" Also, I should note that the tires are relatively new (purchased within the year).
