hi, how did you add the cold air intake?

That's a good question. DO you think they have enough plastic in the engine compartment? The cold air intake that you purchase should have detailed instructions on how to alter (if necessary) the engine compartment in order to make the part fit properly. If it does not come with instructions specific to your vehicle call the place that you purchased it from and have them send (email, fax, mail) it to you.
Depending if you want to install it yourself or have your shop install it. You would be able to purchase it directly from APR. You could also have your shop order it for you and install it. My shop is a distributor of APR parts. Once the parts came in, it came with instructions to install the Cold Air Intake. I decided that is was better to let the professionals do it. LOL
I'm thinking of purchasing the intake that APR offers for the 08 rabbit I just bought. In your opinion has the intake increased your engines power/worth the money etc. Do you recommend any other upgrades? I'm considering an exhaust upgrade perhaps as well. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
