Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving home from work and using traction
control  in the pouring rain. Only live ten minutes
away, halfway home the car bucked forward, no
power, alarms went off traction control
malfunction , only had first gear. Took it rite to the
dealership around the corner from where I live. He
told me it was the transmission module and
solenoid and would cost me $1500.00 to fix it! The
car only had 82000 miles on it.  Should I sell or
deal with it?

What is the car worth to you? Sell it the way it is and you will be lucky to get $1,000.
