80 amp fuse for power steering

My power steering suddenly stopped I have done the
obvious checks and it's got fluid Etc. I have been told
it could be due to a bad jump start causing an 80 amp
fuse to blow . When looking at my fuse map it shows
a spot 63. For power steering, but my car has no
physical spot it can go. I also noticed that there is no
positive terminal for battery only negative. Could this
be connected? I don't know why my fuse map shows
the spot 63 if there is no spot 63 for the fuse. Are
these generic fuse Maps for all Pontiac Torrent? It's
the one right inside the fuse box. Sorry if this is a silly
question I'm a complete car novice

I'm surprised there is even a place for electric power steering fuse on your car. Location #63 is correct and it is not possible to connect a fuse because there is no circuit for electric p/s. Your car has the traditional hydraulic steering pump with rack and pinion assembly. If the fluid level is okay the hoses must also be intact. The only thing is a broken/missing serpentine ("fan") belt which would also shut down the alternator and water pump and A/C. Another thing, if fuse #63 is missing, it can't be burnt out. Have it checked out by a shop to see what's going on there.

The 80 fuse is actually located underneath the steering wheel and is bolted in you would need to take it to a mechanic I just had mines replaced

My fuse is located between the posts on top of my battery. Mine also was blown by jumping another vehicle. I should have just done it myself
