can i put 205 70 r15 rims and tire on my 2008 chevy hhr

Want to put 205 70 r15 general grabbers on my hhr bought same bolt pattern 15 inch rims
for tires hoping i can do this safely.  if not why?

The 205/70-15 is a total diameter of 26.3". What is on it now?

Tire Rim Bolt pattern THD CB 215/55 R16 7Jx16 ET40 5x110 N/A 215/50 R17 7Jx17 ET40 5x110 N/A i wound not do it.....
