2008 Camry won’t start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car radio, windows, a/c, and my car won’t
shift to anything just stuck in park. All those
do not work. New battery and new starter. I
have a feeling it’s a fuse link. I’m just curious
if anyone has any same symptoms before?
