Oil or water on a spark plug.....not a good sign. Causes? Broken piston ring or piston....... valve guide seals.....head gasket problem. Next step would be to perform a Cylinder Leak Down Test to pinpoint the root cause. I would take the vehicle back to the repair facility for an evaluation. Let us know what happens.
