Does a 2008 Chrysler town and country have two oil gaskets?

I have a repair shop who said they would replace my lower and upper oil gasket for 670.00,  but another shop said my vehicle has only one gasket and would only charge 200.00 to replace it. who is right?

Thank you. I’m not sure. I believe it’s the lower oil pan gasket that is leaking. It is below my engine block.
