Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My power lift gate opens with the fob but when i close it the gate starts to
close then stutters and opens back up. Sometimes neither the buttons on the
fob or the interior will not even innate the closing process. I can manually close
it with no issues. How do i fix this?

I had a similar problem with my 2008 I purchased this year. These vans have electrical issues. I recommend getting on Kelly blue book and seeing if there are any recalls that need to be addressed. The panel that holds all of the window buttons on the driver side, mine comes off, I was told to make sure everything is attached securely. Helped my problem but didn’t fix it
