Flex Fuel vehicles are set up to be able to run on either the specified grade of gasoline or E85 ethanal/gasoline mix. It's primarily available in mid-western states since it is made from corn. It's slightly less expensive than gasoline at the pump, but provides about 20% less fuel economy in more vehicles.
