Question type: Car Customization

I now have a 2008 Cadillac STS.  It has the stock radio and cd player.
I would like to replace it with a full color screen type radio with navigation and Bluetooth.
a.  if I go the used option, say, a salvage yard, what years of Cadillac would I be looking at that would be interchangeable.
b.  if I go aftermarket, do I need to look out for anything in particular?

Forget used you never know what you will be buying. New will be about $1,200.00 to $1,600.00 dollars. I would say if you car has really low mileage and the car is a ten... I would spend the money on the upgrade along with the cost of the radio you will need to pay for installation....
