Need to change the coolent temperature sensor mounted in engine block or cylinder head. Do not know where it is located on your vehicle but can check with your nearest parts store they should be able to help you.

If it's the same problem as mine where your car runs hot but at the same time can kinda maintain a decent temp, then it's not the sensor I have a new one with the problem persisting, also, does anybody else have problems with fan fuses blowing over and over??

Some models have a resistor mounted in the fan shroud that could be a possible cause, just run a jumper wire and bypass the resistor. If the fan works replace the resistor. If the fan does not kick in after that check for power at the fan itself, if the fan has been blowing fuses I would suspect you will need a new fan motor. Also if your temp gauge is showing a temperature on the dash I would not suspect that as an issue. Had it been chowing three dashes or no temp at all the fans would run at full speed as a default.
