Engine coolant should run you anywhere between 195 and 220 when you get to 2:30 there should be some issues over there might be some issues right now I'm having the same problem with low oil pressure oil leak hard start and a ticking and knocking noise I've read that there are some problems with maybe though timing tensioner and the timing chain. No matter what it is right now the best thing for you to do is make sure that your oil does not get too low because it is the timing tensioner distance run on this vehicle is not putting enough oil to your valves and is causing them to bend in your car to overheat and your oil to leak I hope yours isn't as serious as mine but it does appear that the fan doesn't come on as soon as it should I hope this helps a little bit just so you're aware of the other issues that may be going on or to look out for if anything else begins to happen
