Those are a PIA!!! lol I've broken my fair share. One side pops down, and needs to be slide out of the other side from there. Don't pry on both sides, you'll break the tabs. Trick is, finding which side to pry. Do you have the type of lens that's about 8" long, or the type that is a 2 piece?
