faulty safetied ticket

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a vehicle that was suppose to be safetied. But I had so many engine
problem in the first few days. Once it was brought to the dealer, it showed the
safetied was faulty and MTO was contacted. A MTO enforcer is now involve
and my vehicle has been seize for inspection by MTO as proof against the
mechanic. What can I do? Does Car Guru investigate their advertise dealer?

That sucks, but Cargurus is just a listing ad site and has no liability on the ad or vehicle. It's up to the buyer to research the dealer and have the car inspected before purchase. Read the Terms of Use which there is a link at the bottom of the page.

I think you may need a lawyer. If the dealer will not give you a loaner car immediately you should get legal council.
