2008 hyundai accent every time i turn the wheel it squeals

car squeals when turn  wheel left or right  but not every time. replaced the power steering pump adjusted for  squealing  squealing stoped for short time then drove to work  and it begain  again  not sure what else  to do

If belt is tight,and you have replaced the pump,the only thing that will put pressure on the belt and pump,and make it squeal,is the rack and pinuon.
